The American Council for English Language Program Certification (ACELPC) was founded in 2011 by English language professionals to promote high-quality English language programs provided by international institutions. As an international accreditation agency, its purpose is to
promote the value of quality English education by advancing its standards that equip academic institutions and teaching professionals to respond to the needs of its learners in a global scope.
Our aim does not end on the accreditation alone; we are committed to extend the use of English language towards the enrichment of the professional and personal lives of its learners. We seek to assist in continually contextualizing and translating learned language skills into their lives in a manner that can enrich their professional growth and depth in the quality of their personal relationships. Specifically, we equally advocate English education for students with specific linguistic needs relative to their priorities:
English for Specific Purposes (Banking and Finance, Law, Medical Arts, Hospitality and Tourism, Human Resources, Translation Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Media, and others)
English in international business relations
Assistance in providing English proficiency for migration, travel, and further studies to an English speaking country.
